Azure Bot Endpoint Not Reachable

Teams requires a publicly accessible HTTPS endpoint. Use ngrok or a reverse proxy if testing locally:

ngrok http 3000

Update the messaging endpoint in Azure Portal to the ngrok URL.

Teams App Sideloading Disabled

Contact your Teams admin to enable sideloading in the Teams Admin Center under Apps → App setup policies.

Bot Framework Credentials Invalid

Regenerate the client secret in Azure Portal and update your OpenClaw config, then restart the gateway.

Messages Not Received

Check gateway logs for incoming Teams webhook payloads:
